Stores your collection in Google Sheets using your own Google account.

    CD Sources

    MusicBrainz Built-in

    Open music database — no key needed. Searched automatically as a CD fallback.

    Discogs Optional

    Barcode lookup with release info, track listings, and musicians.

    How to get a token

      Spotify Optional

      Fallback for releases not on Discogs. Requires a free Spotify account.

      How to set up

        DVD Sources

        TMDB Optional

        Fetches DVD title, director, cast, and poster art.

        How to get a key

          UPCitemdb Optional

          Resolves DVD barcodes to titles before searching TMDB.

          Advanced: link an existing Google Sheet

          By default, Collection Tracker creates a new spreadsheet automatically on first sign-in. To use an existing sheet, paste its full URL or bare ID here. Clear this field to auto-create a new spreadsheet.

          Saved tokens
